Shipping Info:  Shipping is available via USPS or UPS as selected during the checkout process.  Orders over $100 USD will ship free via USPS. Shipping is currently only available within the United States

Can I return my order? Eligible domestic purchases may be returned within 14 days of receiving them. 

What is eligible for return: Orders on in-stock skeins are eligible for return.

What is ineligible for return: All dyed to-order purchases are not eligible for return.

All items returned must be in their original packaging and undamaged. Damage could include but is not limited to: pet hair, smoke, perfume, caked skeins, tangled, yarn that has been cut in to and/or altered in any way.

About Us:  Galaxy Hand Dyed Yarns is a female owned small business.  I am an aerospace engineer who is turning my passion for yarn and fiber arts into a second career.  I have spent over 20 years in the corporate world but wanted a way to share my love of the fiber arts with my fellow enthusiasts.  All yarn is hand dyed in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.  Feel free to use the contact form with questions or requests for new colorways or products.
